Ok, I am on board, and in time for the weight loss adventure. Congratulations Airwick156 for winning, and I am sorry to read about what you are going through. I prayed for both of you. A year ago I had lost 70 pounds with more needed to lose, but then my precious mother died, so I didn't care about my weight then. I am now ready to deal with it again to feel better, look better, and for my family. I also battle the meds I am on when losing weight, and have hypothyroid, lupus, sjogren's, and fibromyalgia, so i have no energy. I am back on what I used before which is tracking calories on Livestrong program on the internet. It helps me to have a tracking tool like that to use to easily keep up with my weight, water intake, etc. Glad to be a part of this with everyone here.

Congrats Airwick156... Keep on keeping on i know things are tough right now... I'm keeping you in my prayers. Remember you are worth taking care of. It's a great thing to tell yourself "I'm worth taking care of" it helped me on my wt loss journey remain focused on self-care (a foreign concept for alot of us). It also served to remind me that eating over whatever life throughs my way goes against my worth... Bless you my friend!!
