Loved what you wrote! Loved the beautiful quilt! Loved the kids...with their wonderful smiles, and howeled when I read your comment about being sick of the red HST after 600 of them. I am just about to start a big project with so many HST and I already feel your pain!!
(After a few days you will only see the beauty of your great quilt, so take a bit of a rest before you rush off to stare at another 600!)

Wow that is a pretty quilt! And your two little helpers are heart meltingly adorable - love their sweet smiles!
i am amazed at how fast you were able to sew this and it sure looks perfect to me.

I'll second that!! I made this quilt and love it intensely. I still can't believe I made such a complicated pattern! One thing that helped tremendously was a program called Triangulations, which I heard about here on the QB. Google it. My triangles were made in no time flat and I didn't need a ruler or a pencil. Without that program, I don't think I'd ever tackle half-square-triangles...I used to draw and sew and cut...nope.
And your quilt is just beautiful. A close cousin to mine.
How did you quilt it?
