boondoggle ruler question

i went to my local quilt shop and on the sale table was this boondoggle ruler i got it because some time you run across things and say wish i would have got that but was wondering has any one used this ruler before and are the quilts easy

The name is neat and I would have bought it too. I have not heard about it and now I will have to Google it.

I also had to Google it, wow just cant keep up with all the quilting doo-dads thingies out there.
