    Thank you for all of the complements! For those interested the pattern is the BQ quilt pattern from Maple Island. It is really easy - I think the hardest part was selecting the fabric. I can't wait to have it quilted and give it to my friend

    LOL - that rug is lovely. It is a Kandinsky style wool rug that I bought about 7 years ago from what was Home Expo. it was part of their Guggenheim collection. Very abstract
