I think I'd make large, fussy cut blocks and surround them with interesting sashing or something.

Thank you everyone for your suggestions. I actually found a quilt pattern using this fabric. The floral motifs are cut out and appliqued. Not sure I want to do that, but it's an idea to ponder. I don't much care for the other fabrics used in the quilt, but the floral wreath is quite striking. http://www.michaelmillerfabrics.com/...ize.Breeze.pdf

I think I would use it as broderie perse - those flowers are beautiful.

That is beautiful. but I agree about the other fabrics. They detract from the floral. Maybe do the appliqued wreath on a solid fabric and border it with squares.
