    Now that Spring is almost, kinda here...it will be fun to celebrate with beautiful lemon bar for our neighborhood party. I live in a small condo community and we can find any excuse to get together.

    I made these yesterday.

    Next time I will add some lemon extract as I prefer a stronger lemon flavor. They are definitely not to be eaten out of hand as they are so moist and sticky.

    Can't beat the simplicity.

    Oh Yes, I will be trying this. I love easy and as few ingredients as possible. Also love anything lemon.

    I make all my cakes like this and love them! Haven't seen lemon and angel food cake tho. Will try it soon Thanks!

    Can you imagine? I am having trouble finding the lemon? I plan to take this to quilting tomorrow IF I can find the lemon filling!

    My hubby loves lemon bars and I hesitate to make them. This is such an easy recipe, he will get them more often now but not too often, he needs to lose some weight! Thank you for sharing.
