Making lap quilts for Prayers and Squares for my church and made a commitment to my friendship group that I would sandwich, FMQ, and finish 6 quilt tops that I have made. Don't need to worry about never having anything to do.

I just finished a queen size log cabin quilt in black and white - beautiful. Now, although I have a ton of UFO's, I'm making some clothes for my nearly 3 year old DGD for her birthday next month. I'm also trying to figure out how to make a 40x50 quilt into a youth bed/twin, also for DGD. If I hadn't procrastinated so much, I might have gotten it finished before she moved to the youth bed. Oh well, better late than never.

Working on Carol Ann Waugh's "STITCH & SLASH" pillow (CRAFTSY CLASSES ONLINE) It's fun to work on. Don't know what you will get til you finish slashing the last layer. Interesting technique.

I am doing my 2nd ABC Snowman quilt by Crabbapple Hill. It is all hand embroidery. Fun to do, but my grand kids keep having babies. Must do another one in the fall for new baby!

I am in the middle of a "Truck" quilt for a little boy that I dearly love who is moving away. It has Fire Engines, Semi's and Cement Truck's paper pieced, and an asphalt road that goes around everything so he can play with his little cars on it. I am hoping it turns out cute, I am designing on the fly. Will post a pic when top is finished

Working on my first selvage string quilt. 6" blocks so I can usually get in 7 or 8 strips.
I've been saving them for a long time and thought with my stuffed box I'd have plenty.
Not so...I'm close to the bottom of the box and it's only about 1/3 size cuddle quilt.

I'm working on a baby quilt made of purple diamonds. It's based on the "Sweet Divinity Diamond" quilt from Jona&Lili, but mine is quite a bit bigger. It's on my new quilt frame and I hope to be done by tomorrow.

A very simple unisex baby quilt, using 2 coordinating fabrics, 1 on each side. It is turning out really pretty cute considering my thought process was more in line to experience the spray basting technique.
I Will be doing spray basting again! It's either going to be gift for an upcoming baby shower or tucked away for a surprise gift when my DIL announces she is pg.
Next, have 5 diapers to be made into burp cloths.
Collecting scraps and cutting blocks for a scrappy baby quilt.
Trying to find a red and metallic gold fabric for Christmas quilt.
Trying to find a "different" shade of pink for another baby quilt.
Hoping I could hurry up and get over what is ever flu bug is ailing me...RGGG!

I'm working a a Disappearing 9 patch. Had to stop for about 3 months while caring for my brother who was dying of cancer (he passed away February 6th) but am now ready to resume sewing on this quilt. It will also be my therapy in losing him as he was my younger brother and we were very close. Isn't it amazing how quilting can calm your spirit!!

I'm in the middle of sewing 25 pillow cases, for the military service men/women. I went to Moline, Ill, last Tuesday, to my sewing group. We do different sewing item for different group's. The group I'm in, is just called "sewing angel's". I usually bring stuff home with me, from my group, and work on stuff, here at home. The next thing, I'm going to start is a Dble wedding ring quilt top, for my son and his wife. I have 3 more quilts, to make for my grand kids, but I'll put them on the back burner, or so. Or work on everything here and there.
