    Number one is my pick. Why not ask your father in law. Often they like to be involved with the project, it gives them something to talk about and look forward too. Surprises are nice but involvement is nicer. One thing for sure he will be lovely and snug.

    I like them both but prefer the first one. Most of all I LOVE the fabrics so very nice.

    I like no. 1. It is very relaxing and I think is perfect for a 89 yr old. You can always had a little more color with darker border.
