A fantastic array of quilt tops! Kudos to you for wanting to preserve them and not "get rid of them". Best of luck in your progress.

I think they went to you because someone knew you'd love them. It's always wonderful when the giver thinks about what the recipient would want. So now you have a treasure.

Wow you sure did get a lot. I am sure she is looking down on you (hopefully) and thrilled that you are getting them out in the open and hopefully on their way to being completed quilts.

These are awesome. It looks like that fabulous umbrella quilt was made using some of those iron on transfers. Love it.

The 2nd to last one, blue split star is fabulous and the lovely ladies, wow!
You are now the caretaker of some wonderful pieces of history.

Are you going to quilt them, display them. What are your plans for them?

    peace

Well..... right now I have placed them all in a nice clean tote until I can get to each of them! I do plan on them all being quilted one day!!

What a treasure. So glad to see someone share a loved collection. I was indeed lucky enough to inherited my much loved Aunts quilting collection and it often brings me happy tears. I use her fabrics for donation quilts which seems right that others share the warmth. Enjoy.

WOW - love the quilts.............. you are so lucky to have such treasures..... She was a true quilter having one then one project going at a time. Right now I have at least four scrap quilts going....... go from one to the other - that way I can use all the dif size scraps.
