Show me your machine embroidered quilt labels...
I'm looking for some inspiration 
I've found a few via google, but surprisingly very few people post pictures of their quilt labels and tag them as such... wonder why!
The more creative the better, I'm trying to think a bit outside the box, and I'm not really sure how much information I really want to include, so seeing a wide range may help me decide on that... I've already designed and stitched out a few versions for the first quilt I am planning to gift, but I'm just not feeling like anything I've done so far is "the right one" - designing and piecing the quilt top was less effort (and faster)!

this top was unquilted and Grandmother gave to me to quilt before she died for when Elise married.
