Default what fun! The gift of a hug...

I am a music teacher for an elementary school. On the side I also teach piano lessons - 23 students this year kept me in my studio until 8:00 PM 4 nights a week. THEN I get to my sewing machine. But ... this is why I do what I do. This delightful young lady performed in her senior recital this year. I was able to give her a quilt as a final gift for the years we have worked together. I started what I hope will be a tradition with last year's senior. This year I added fabrics of other interests the student had - she's a golfer as well as a pianist. Next year I have three young ladies who will be seniors. I'd better get started!

Do all the fabrics have a musical theme ? What a wonderful commitment by you and a fantastic quilt for a musician
