Default My first bed size quilt!!!

I have made several baby quilts, but they've always been checkerboard pattern. This was a big step for me and I love the way it turned out. It's definitely not perfect, but I can't wait to start my next project. I still have to piece the back together and then a friend of mine is going to teach me how to use her long arm! I can't wait.
That is my lovely DH holding the quilt and my darling little inspector is my baby girl Evelyn. I made this quilt for her future big girl bed.

Thank you to everyone who helped me out with border ideas for this too!

A very pretty first quilt, perfect for the baby when she is bigger. I say congratulations on a job well done. I know you can't wait to get it quilted.
