Good for you! I want to garden but my allergies are keeping me at bay right now. I always lose weight in the summer; I need about 10 pounds to lose now. Hope I can catch up to you!

I keep falling off the wagon (better eating) and back problems have complicated the moving more part. I keep telling myself you don't have to change everything at once, you just have to change one thing at a time! Little by little it will work. Great job on your loss and thanks for the inspiration to start the day right!

Hey Donna, I am blowing a fog horn for you! Congrats on losing that weight! Can you help me out? I could sure stand to lose some. AND- is your ex anywhere close by? Maybe you could stroll by in your new size 14 outfit and he could see he should have been watching you instead of the weather channel, lol!!!

I'm so happy for you. My DIL quit smoking and gained approx 45 lbs on top of already being 30 lbs more then she should have been. She has been walking and cutting back , but she is feeling discouraged not seeing the lbs disappearing as fast as they showed up. I will pass your inspiration on to her. She has some major health issues and the excess weight is not doing her or her heart any good.
