I have looked at your posting several times. i keep coming back to it, because it fascinates me. I can't get over how different the quilt looks with and without points. My favorite is the quilt without points. But they both look great!

I think these are both amazing. They exemplify one of my favorite things about quilting -- how a few geometric shapes, put together well, can make layer upon layer of designs.

I would be hard pressed to pick only one because both are lovely, way to go!

They're beautiful. It's interesting how extending the points in the border on the 2nd quilt makes it look more like stars whereas the first one has more movement without them. They're still both very pretty though

Both are beautiful! Makes me wonder what a larger quilt with points on the edge (more blocks that is) would do visually---best of both worlds maybe? I do like the circle image that appears in #2 also.

Love seeing the same pattern done with different colors. Remarkable!
