Beautiful, just beautiful. I for one don't think I would ever learn to make consistent stitch lengths. BUT never-say-never. Thank-you for a peek at your technique!

Fascinating...I've been a hand-quilter for over 30 years....my stitches are nice and small and even so I appreciate your skills....but I use a thimble ...I tried without one and just don't have to finger strength to push the needle through all layers and still have the dexterity to pick up a small stitch. I'm amazed by your technique. Thanks so much for posting.

Oh my goodness. Those stitches look so even and tiny. At first I thought they were machine stitches. Beautiful work. I don't think I could do this if I practiced for 100 years.

I need to get back into hand quilting as the cost of LA work is just to much money.
