    What a fantastic find. I don't know the history of Sunbonnet Sue, but I do know she's been around for a long, long time, possibly Depression era. Enjoy your treasure and thanks for sharing.

    It's a beautiful quilt, I like the double hand stitching instead of a sash, great idea, I may try that on my Baltimore album quilt if I ever finish it. As for the handless Sues maybe the quilter did not wanted to bother with tiny pieces for the hands! LOL
