    It means more muted colors. It is someone's new way of saying it.

    Low Volume as in intensity. The colors have less intensity, thus causing a more muted effect.

    They seem to have in common soft colors on a light background. But they can just be softer colors, causing a lesser intensity effect.

    Not a kit - I shopped and shopped, mostly online. However, I was able to pull a few from my stash.

    Modern fabrics are a new(er) trend, I think. Fun!
