I have a Umbrella Cockatoo Allie who is 15 and I also have a Quaker Rio he's 3 and he really talks alot. I don't know where he comes up with some of the stuff he says. Allie mumbles but she can say some words you really have to listen to her.

I have birds too...12 of them! a pair of senegals, 1 yellow naped amazon & 9 congo greys and 4 or 5 of those panels to finish off for various bird charities. If you click my name, you can see my applique parrot quilts

Beautiful, I love the colors. I have a cockatiel, Suky, she doesn't talk or whistle, she did but quit. Maybe I don't talk to her enough. I had another, Sophie, she talked and whistled. I was told only a 5% chance of a female talking. Both danced. Suky squawks until I watch and tell her to do a dance. She goes back and forth on a perch.
