if I wasn't so far I would jump in on the armor classes! sounds like fun to me.. I am always up for new things, I want to do a stained glass class, sure I can do it by myself but going to them you find where all the great supplies are at.

lol, Ok folks here are the photos. There are a bunch so I will post them in a couple messages.

Here is cleaning up the irons. NOT a repaint. that is just a wipe down with a oily rag (sewing machine oil)

Here is the whole thing assembled. Sorry about the lighting, it was late....

Closeup of the leg irons. Boy Howdy, these suckers are heavy....

Here is the underside with the two spreaders attached.

and the big "reveal", the amazing foot pedal

ok, second batch...

The simplest Pitman I have ever seen. slightly tapered stick with rounded ends and two holes, that's it.

I call this my "Craigslist Shot" (it is a pic of the back of the machine...)

the head in place

I cannot wait to see what this crazy drive ratio is going to sew like......

Closeup of the front hand painted flourishes

and the back...

A closup of the tension. It is missing the spring (8mm ID x 25mm long) but I am hunting a brass one down.

Coffee Table was a GW find...

You want one? They usually go for a LOT more than I paid. Good luck! (Really)

The room is actually my living room. the G&B will be relocating once work is done. But yes there is a L shaped couch, 5 treadles (6 with the G&B now) and one 241-12 industrial. (oh and a coffee table)

Yep, hinged bobbin holder.
