Tlambing, here is a pic of the one I did. It uses rectangles where you used the rect. 4 patches.. I used butterfly pcs that I've had for, oh 7 yrs! in my stash.. When I saw this pattern I knew the butterflies would be perfect for it. Whacha think? ;o)

It's gorgeous! OK. Love your butterflies I've been saving batik butterflies for a while and may steal your idea. What a way to showcase them. Thanks for posting the pic

Showcase, yes, that's the reason I had 'held onto them' I guess...some have gold threads, and I just thot that pattern fit the bill.. Thanks.. If you need the pattern, you can find it here: http://quiltingintherain.blogspot.co...ays-quilt.html If you look on the right side of the page, there's a lot of cute patterns. Have fun.. ;o)

I will post them here. Check out those punkins! Can't wait to begin this swap and I have many fabrics to choose from. jillnjo

So many pretties!
Bet you can't guess what I did yesterday. . . Took DD and DGS to the zoo. Best part was giving DGS the chance to feed the giraffe. He liked that even better than finding Nemo and friends in the aquarium and riding the train.

Oh, I want to be your partner -- love, love, love your choices. Pick me! Pick me! Pretty please.

Kind of started on making "fall" colors so here is a peak. If my partner wants Halloween, I'll just have to make another oneCouldn't make up my mind so am doing 2 right now....we'll see what happens.

Lovely work all! I am itching to get going on mine, have an Autumn theme one and Halloween one in mind, just waiting to see which one my partner wants..or if not specified I get to choose which to make.. I think both patterns are equally cute (I am prejudiced, love Autumn AND Halloween, so have lots of fabrics to choose from...) Making either will be fun!
