Beautiful idea to avoid wasting that great material!

The fabric was just jellyroll strips bought from a seller in Yorkshire from Ebay. I bought it last year but found because it has large lilies on it wasn't suitable for the boys quilts I was making. Thanks for the comments.

I love the fabrics, and the simplicity of your bag. I seem so wrapped up in quilts, I forget how fun it is to make a quick project.

Very colorful and pretty. Love the handles and the grommets.

I love your bag! I used grommets in one bag--the only time I've used them--and I ended up having DH take them out to his shop to put them in. I couldn't do it with the thing that comes with the grommets. I love the look, but I don't know if I would try them again. Did you have a hard time getting them in? How did you do it?

Great fabrics and a great use of "leftovers".
