We have "white" deer in Wisconsin. Have seen some in the hills region around Tower Hill State Park. Very pretty and unusual.

I have been fortunate to see a piebald. One grazed in a field just above our house. My husband and I would take walks in the evening hoping to spot it. Unfortunately I was told that a hunter took it that fall and had it mounted. I never saw it after that so unfortunately it was probably true. The second time I saw one was on my way to work. It was dark and I was just entering a small populated area when my lights flashed on some garbage cans beside the curb and there was this animal which I thought was a goat. I mentioned it to someone that lived in the area and she told me it was a piebald which had been seen in the area for about two years. They are beautiful animals.

I have seen one....once. I was driving my friend to work in the early morning, and caught it out of the corner of my eye. Turned around and went back so we could watch it for a few minutes. I figured it was a once in a lifetime experience and so far, I was right. I live in Ohio now, and we had 3 black deer feeding on acorns right outside of the dining room.
