I love that setting! It enhances the beautiful embroidery perfectly. The quilting is perfect for the design. Lovely work all around.

My sentiments exactly. And it looks as though the corners do not contain bias strips but that the quilting makes it look that way ...... hooks up with the real green bias strips in the borders . Is that correct? Same with the circles in the corner ..... they are just quilted in not applique? If so, what a fantastic and creative idea! I will be storing that in my little brain for the future.

That is a gorgeous quilt; you should be very proud of it. Quilting is perfect for the quilt, and the binding looks wonderful.

You did a great job on this. (I had the same problem with embroidery and applique until a judge 'splained it to the audience at our quilt show judging.)
