Wow! Thanks for all of the wonderful comments (blush, blush) and additional ideas.
Bellaboo, it never occured to me to use between the matress and headboard. I'm deffinately going to use that idea!
Mjsylvstr, I am working on a Judy Neimeyer pattern, Japanese fan (http://www.quiltworx.com/patterns/japanese-fan/) a very ambitious project for me. I expect it will take a year to complete at the rate I work.
The fabric is from Moda's Over the Rainbow batik line.
Quiltngolfer, the sewing cabinet is a Koala cabinet which is perfect for my needs since I have to share "my sewing room" with a dining table. Twice a year I close up my cabinet (hide my sewing) and let my family in for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner.![Big Grin](https://cdn.quiltingboard.com/images/smilies/biggrin.png)
