Ok...so I'm a BAD swap partner...sadly Sapdoggie knows this!!! This incredible woman who came and not only shop hopped with me through 25 stores and laughed during the countless hours driving and seeing "historical marker" signs also brought me 2 table runners, 2 pot holders and 2 coasters that all MATCH using my favorite block...CHURN DASH!!! I'm still working on hers and my goal is to finish and mail out on Saturday!!!

As for pictures...if I can get home before 8pm one day this week, I'll take pictures of my loot and the lovely runners Sapdoggie brought me!!!

Yosamitesa- You are not a "bad" partner- just busy as all get out- job that requires concentration, hubby who works long hours, and a three year old And, you have a heart of gold that keeps on giving I know you will get the runner to me- no worries. Take an evening break and pet Max for me- don't want him pining away

That dumb dog CRIED ALL evening last night. He laid on the bed in the spare room and CRIED!!! He nustled in the sheets on the bed and would not come out for anything. I think he was mad at me for cutting his toe nails. Thankfully he is getting groomed on Saturday so they can deal with his toe nails. The other one is lil man...he asks every day where you are and when I tell him you went home to Arkansas he says "My fly to Arkansas too". Then I get the "Momma, I miss her!" and then the tears come. You made a big impression on my family and we all love you!!! Even my dear loving hubby...

I finally finished my runner for QuilterMomma and it will be in the mail today. I liked it so much I'm making one for myself, only longer. Due to the size of her table, I had to keep hers below 36" long.

So glad you liked it! I told ya I'd make it for both fall & Halloween! It was an interesting challenge for me to do that. Now you can enjoy it til the Christmas decorations come out!

Brat, I think with all the Christmas swaps that are now or will be going on, maybe a Winter/Valentine would be best. A lot of our sewing machines & longarms are about to hit overdrive!

Looking forward to it Belfry Bat, in fact yours should be landing there today, but no later than tomorrow, the post office.......
Belfrybat and I both liked the ones we made each other that we had to make one for ourselves of the same pattern. I have mine all cut up and ready to sew up if I get to be home for any length of time without being in bed.

Just checking in, still bent over my sewing machine working away on my table runner. My partner knows I will let her know when I am ready to head to the mailbox.

Just found out today, I have been asked to make homemade dog biscuits for our United Way bake sale, I know you think that is odd, but lots people buy them along with bakery items for their fur babies.. So, I will be doing that this weekend. Ugh!

Talked to Yosamitesa today. She told me I could post the pictures of the runners and mats I made for her. Had a blast making them, but couldn't decide which one to give her, so gave her both

Even though she said she is a "bad" partner, she is NOT
Here goes- let's see if the computer cooperates
runner #1, coasters and mug mats, runner #2
