oh that's so nicely done! i would never have thought of putting 4 DIFFERENT squares on the big square! that's why i love this board!

I'm going to bookmark this one. I am going to be doing a variation of a nine patch and it requires HST in which one side is a cream and the other side is scrappy of various colors. This way, I could make them all at once and not just two at a time. Love this!

Learned a trick recently that you may or may not be interested in. If you take two squares (size wouldn't matter) put right sides together and sew all four edges (yep a square) and then cut corner to corner you end up with four HST! Easy peasy!

I love making HSTs. I usually do it with starting with two squares, draw a line down the middle diagonally, etc. I can't wait to do this one. Will have to go back and "register" the measurements.
