Default flame resistant batting for children

A few days ago I found an article about flame resistant batting for children. It had a PDF file connected to it from a sewing magazine. It was a great tutorial on batting. I want to review it again and didn't realize how difficult it would be to locate again. Can anyone help me find it? THANKS!

If it's the article I am remembering, a quilter tested different battings. I actually disagree with how she did the testing and her conclusions because she tested batting "raw" -- that is, not made up into a quilt. Once batting is in a quilt the way it responds to heat and flame is completely different, something she did not take into account.

Sorry I didn't save the article so I could link it.
