It was in the old Vets Auditorium, right next to the Wells Fargo Center. So many quilts besides these competition quilts too. There was a modern quilt challenge, a miniature quilts display, plus so many vendors. I know we didn't see it all, but what we did see was incredible.

Well, it's happened again. I thank you for posting all these great photos but when I see some of these quilts, I just want to give up quilting. I really don't know how people spend so much time sewing all those little pieces together on the pieced quilts and I don't know how people make the ones that are pictorial like the one with buildings and the water fountain in the center. However, I will not be giving up and will do "my thing" as best I can. Plus, I will still attend shows for inspiration. Just have to find a way to reel in that initial shock when viewing some of these stupendous quilts.

Tell Kevin he did a beautiful job on the quilt. Thank you for the pictures of some of the other quilts. Great eye candy!
