Default And yet more Fabric Boxes

What fun it is seeing all the different fabric boxes. My thanks ten-fold to whoever gave us this terrific idea! They are just so much fun to see and to make! I experimented with batting...the box on the left is made with Pellon Heat & Bond interfacing but no batting. The box on the right is made with Warm & Natural. I like them both but I find the Pellon easier to work with. Also, on one of them I trimmed the inside flaps off close to the seam with pinking shears. Leaves a little more room for goodies!

They look great. Thanks for the suggestions on batting/interfacing and trimming.

Was this made from a pattern? If so, what pattern is it. I showed this to my daughter and she wants to make some. Thanks

I made some and instead of trimming the inside, I had hubby hot glue it to the side, and it still left me with tiny pockets for small scizzors, etc to go into. I want to try the heat/bond Pallon like you did and thinking it looks neat and straight. Thanks for sharing.
