I love looking at words, their origins ect. I can spend all day doing it. I love a good diction-ary.

I wonder how many of us have incorporated one of our pet's names in our screen name?
That would be me as Sparky's Mom. Sparky died six years ago but I will always be Sparky's Mom. My avatar, however, is Jack who came to me shortly after Sparky's death.
The photo attached is Sparky.

I've always wondered where some of our screen names come from. I am sorry for those of you who lost beloved pets. That would be hard I think to see your screen name afterwards. Or, in a way, also a tribute.
The children I used to work with all called me Mrs. B. So... BuzzinBumble

It's kind of fun - I go to the member list - search members - and type in the word - and see what comes up.

I would guess that there are LOTS of people who have some version of 'grandmother' in their screen name.

More animals -

bird - 170
dog's mom - 0
pup - 49
zebra - 5
rhino - 0
alligator - 0
crocodile - 0
beast - 3
lamb - 33
ferret - 2
llama - 14
