thanks ladies, I just stumbled upon them in a box full of old paints I was looking for to complete a different project.
I had been thinking about buying some at the craft store next time I was in town. What a find I think and the ornaments are just darling.

All the ornies are adorable. The spool ones are neat, but unfortunately I don't do a large tree anymore and those wouldn't fit on my little sewing tree. I don't know how you part with old thread spools. I have a bunch, some left from my mother, and others have been given to me, but since the wooden ones are such a rarity, I can't imagine my making anything out of them. One day they will be put in a vintage jar for display.

Still haven't heard about the last set of ornies I sent; guess I will give up on ever hearing whether they reached their destination or not. Have never seen the person post here.

cute, thanks for showing us. I love the free standing embroidery ones, they look so airy on the tree, that little sewing mouse with the notions would be up all year in my house.

Grann, contact Brenda about not hearing, maybe she can get something done for you - Have you received anything from her? Let me know and I'll be glad to send you a couple ornaments, don't want you to feel left out, it's very aggravating I know..

All the ornaments posted on here have been awesome. I have never seen any like the spools. Everyone is so talented and creative here.
