Hi oneteapot, try going to Gingerbread girl's Quilting Adventures http:gigisquilts.blogspot.co.uk/2011/11/my-first-tutorial-triangular-thread-catcher I have made these in Christmas fabrics a little bigger & filled them with thread, sweets etc. They are so easy and everyone loved them. Letty

Pillow cases are always an appreciated gift, quick and easy to make. You know they would never be able to buy one like you would make!
