Oh, DANG! Now I'm craving a cappuccino! Up until I read your post, I was enjoying my nice cup of tea. Now it just tastes . . . well, like tea.

Any mystery solvers, among us? Well, the night before last, I put out three (very, very ripe) bananas, over by the tree line (well away from the house, by the far birdbath). Figured the raccoons might like them. I put out the motion sensor night camera, to 'catch' them. Yesterday morning, the bananas were gone. I checked the videos on the camera and the very first was of a cat, sauntering up to the birdbath, for a drink. The bananas were already gone! They were good-sized bananas . . . and THREE of them, so how could something have sneaked up and taken them, without triggering the camera??? Birds aren't large enough to trigger it . . . but there's no way small birds could have carried off three bananas. DH suggested a snake. Now I have this image in my head, of a snake swallowing and slithering off, with three big bananas, in his belly! Seriously, this is very, very weird!

Good Morning all, Nessie do you like currants or craisins in your scones? I like them both ways.

Dang Nessie reading your post makes me want a cup of cappuccino
    now too. LOL

My McD's coffee is just that coffee.

15 years ago when i moved back to CO my first full time office job
was at a vending machine, corporate cafeterias & catering company.
We had a cappuccino machine in our break room and I think on an
average day I would drink about 15-20 cups a day PLUS walk out the
door at the end of the day with a cup.

Haven't drank it since I left that job 13 yrs ago (after being laid off).

I like scones plain, with cinnamon, with nuts, with blueberries, with . . . oh, just about anything! The last ones I made, had cinnamon and chopped almonds. Yummy!

Nothing is nicer on a cold winters day than a nice cup of hot flavored coffee, yum. I particularly love the peppermint varieties they have this time of year. I wish I liked Tea, it has some really nice health benefits. But I've tried many different types of Tea and I just don't like tea. Coffee and Diet Cherry coke are my choice beverages.

Oh, if anyone out there has a Chick-fil-a close to them, their shakes are to die for. And as a seasonal thing, they have a peppermint shake during this time of year. It's my son's and mine favorite of them all

Woohoo!!! I got home pretty late Saturday night from working....and the mailman delivered my PACKAGE!!! Now I have to wait.....
Plus, there is no way I could even try to reason out that this wasn't my Secret Santa....my SS made sure that I would know that this was NOT to be opened until opening day. She decorated the outside of the box, too! The box is so pretty it must be part of the gift!

Have to get working....so off the computer I must go.
