    I've seen this pattern, however, it was after I had completed a twin-size quilt for our DGD that had hearts and butterflies, and other "girlie" things. Your quilt is absolutely beautiful as well as the quilting, and I'm sure that little girl will cherish. She's a very lucky little girl.
