wow! I didn't realize how long its been since I have been on here! I think this is the longest its been for me in a long time. My "excuse" I have been busy cleaning my house, I mean mega! I have rearranged my rooms, got rid of stuff and so on. And my favorite room? sewing room was rearranged too. my place looks so much better, oh yeah the sewing room too, got it organized, can find stuff!! I did get the quilting and all done for this 2 months so thats a good thing. I sure have missed a lot not being on here. Now toget ready for the holidays! I will be having guests coming this year, which will be great! have a blessed day ladies.

you all talking about the cold, , I am with quilting krazy, this weather is awesome, yeah we do get the cold, but PTL for the not so much snow and all. its been right at 50 + years that I have seen some really deep snow. oh this stuff we get I call frost. I am talking the 10 feet of snow and all. yeah here in NC , weather is just fine!! I contact my cousins in Kansas when it does snow and ask them th throw a snowball (when it snows)for me. that is sufficient and at my young age I really don't need to be in it.

as for sewing machines, I have 3, a regular kind , quilting and a special zigzag one. this last one was a problem for me with my last quilt, I didn't realize the tension wasn't right. one of these I got at a yard sale, free! the person said it doesn't work. the piece that holds the bobbin case was not connected right. I got it fixed and works great!

sorry, ladies I am trying to catch up... the quilts of what I have seen are lovely.

could you direct me to a binding link, I need to re check it and re learn. I still am having a problem with that still.

I would go to the Missouri star quilt companies web site they have so many videos and they are really easy to understand as long as you can watch them and try to sew at the same time.. a sew a long! I received your doll quilt Mary (pyschoquiltermom) and its so cute. I will post a picture later today. Love that Christmas fabric and she even put little bells on it. Your binding is much much improved this time so you obviously have been working on it. HIGH FIVE! and a clean house, boy I could use a roto rooter of mine also. Just to spruce it up a bit .. cant wait to put out the Christmas stuff. My hubby is not so excited. He has to bring all my boxes up from the basement. lol.

It hit 23 yesterday for us as a high. It was 15 by the time they went fishing so it was much improved I think for them. Not me, heck no. Enjoy that cold sun from inside my house thank you. OH heck no. I went to go pick them up and it felt like your face could fall off lol. Weather wuz .. this is Nov. cant wait to see what Feb brings.. but upside is it slowly goes up from there. Too bad it doesn't stop and gets so darned hot in the summer. Shoulder months that is what I need shoulder months lol.

He loves it too, it's already hanging on the wall!! Thank you for the extra fabric also, it will come in handy for me to make something. Again thank you so so so much!!! Look at this beauty ladies!

So glad you like it Jaba and thanks for the trader feedback, which brings me to this question - I need to leave feedback for you and have no clue how to do it. Can you or someone please map out a few steps for me to do this? I see the itrader option on my profile/msg box, but after I click it, I have no idea what to do next.

justducky65, if you look above at jaba's post, on the left it says 'Feedback Score and has a number in green. Click on that green number and it takes you to a page where you can leave feedback for jaba. On the right hand side of that page there is an option that says 'Submit Feedback for Jaba' in green writing, click on that and away you go. Hope this helps.

Love all the quilts coming in.

I have finished my quilt for Sienna's Gigi but in my quest to empty my full mailbox, I deleted her address details so I am waiting on a PM from her, then it will be on its way.

Thanks cheesehead, it really is beautiful. Lots and lots of little pieces in those log cabin blocks. Forgot to say the pinecone fabric that she sent me extra is the binding and the backing. I just sit here and stare at it when I'm on the computer in the kitchen. Love it
