I just got a couple swatches from them, and I thought that was very reasonable and the delivery was quick. They did email me afterwards to "like the swatches? hurry and get that fabric before it's gone"

The only place I've had trouble is Hancock - twice I ordered from them, it took a week for light to dawn on them that they were out of stock on a couple fabrics, and weeks later before they figured out that the fabrics couldn't be re-ordered. But meanwhile they just string you along. Meanwhile I went elsewhere and got the quilt pieced, quilted, and delivered to recipient.

I have ordered from them several times and was always pleased with prices and fabric. It seems to me that lately their prices aren't as low as they had been. I have now been using Hancock's of Paducah and finding great bargains. I still look at Fabric.com and if they have what I need/want I wouldn't have any qualms about their fabric or customer service. Maybe I need to search again for those coupon codes, because if you can combine those with a sale price, THEN you are getting a bargain.

I really like Fabric.com and I have personally never had any problems with them. I love the free shipping and how you collect points from purchases that build up to a cupon. I have a $5 off cupon that I need to use right now!!!

I've ordered from them often and have only had one experience where they were out of stock on an item I ordered. The contacted me, I made a substitution and the whole order was delivered with no problem. The fabric is good quality and, as you observed, the prices are a bit lower.
