I'm mostly satisfied with them. Have ordered many times and agree with all the positive comments on here. My only BIG disappointment was when I ordered many 1/2 yards of Batiks and received fabric that was so coarse it was like canvas! The colors were garish as well. I've decided what I can do with them so I'll keep all of it. Won't be any quilted project! I called to complain/question and was told that they get the batiks where everyone else gets them, India. Awful batiks, but will continue to order other fabric.

I have purchased from fabric.com on several occasions. Always have had good service and been happy with what I ordered. On one occasion was sent incorrect fabric - fabric.com sent me correct fabric and told me to donate what they had sent by mistake. Have occasionally received discount coupons. Free shipping for $35 is great.

Has anyone ordered any panels?

Yesterday I ordered 5 panels, a Peacock, The Tree of Life, Christmas Fairy,
Night Flower Fairies, & Fairy Flowers (12 smaller panels in periwinkle).

I am so excited to get them, just wish I had the money to buy coordinating
fabrics to go with them.

I order from them too regularly...have had a couple of issues with wrong fabric or not folded right...but a phone call to customer service is always the way to go. They have always made it right.

I have ordered at least 10 times from them and have had a very positive experience. Fabric was good quality and I received the amount I ordered and it was cut straight of grain. I will definitely order from them in the future.

I order a lot from them and i am always happy with the service. I ordered once a yard of chevron to try it and didn't like it and one yard they sent the wrong color and when i called i was credited for both pcs :-) very happy customer here and their clearance section is great to find deals on quality fabric.
