You & Sally did a beautiful job. Keep the quilt, you can buy your own chocolate but can SIL make her own quilt?!?!

I don't think they've invented a word to describe how awesome this quilt is. That's amazing! It looks so perfect it almost seems like it was done effortlessly. :D

Absolutely gorgeous. Did you piece the border fabric or is it one piece in squares? Your color selection is wonderful. Nice work!

How did you transfer the design of the free motion? I know there are few ways...which one do you use?.... :D

WOW!!! all I can say is WOW!!!!

I have always wanted to do a Mariner's Compass quilt. One of these days I will..

I am curious about the outside border... are those all individual tiny squares sewn together or is it the actual fabric!! what a fantastic colour combination!

The border fabric was hand pieced..2244 one inch squares..I must have more time that brains :roll:

I made a stencil of the swirly design, then traced around it with a water soluable pen. It worked great and was really easy to do!
