I like the idea of the small green border with the wider blue blue too.

I like the blue fabric the best. The yellow hearts is too busy with such a multi-colored center. The green seems too weak to me to stand up to the power of the center. That's what I would do.

I think the moda bakeshop quilt with the small blocks framed with the lighter border, then you could use the darker border on last.
