I am in the process of making a camo quilt for my granson using this pattern. (with a few changes) A mossy green tree print with dk brown for blocks. green in middle brown on both sides. solid block the same dk brown. Found a khaki yellow for sashing between blocks to separate all the brown. will put a small border of same around all...then a wide camo green border. Have a fish pattern on the back. may have to piece it, not sure yet. had to carry bits of each fabric with me to find good matches. here is a pic of it all.

instructions are posted on this thread by another quilter from my original posting If you need any more info let me know. You can add to the borders as I am with my latest version, and also using sashing. Like I said, I make it up as I go. LOL please be sure and post a picture...

teacher bailey, I am sleeping under a quilt tht was made about 35 years ago and tied with coats & clark crochet thread. Used it every night during cold months. Still looks great.

What a great man's quilt. Love the one you'll be making
for your grandson too! I might have to make one like that
for my grandson. Hugs, Sharon
