I have the 15000.
have not used any of the software haven't needed to yet
aren't they the most user-friendly and broadly machines
all I can say is I love them.
have lots of fun.
i'll try to find out about the other products.
since we had to say machines let's try to keep in touch!

I was lucky my girlfriend is the owner of the shop where I got mine.

That was like me with My singer 6000, but I did a lot of sewing with it.
and I never used all the stitches on it either.
