Thanks for posting more pictures of the whole quilt. What a treasure you have, and it's rich with history! I didn't notice the mistakes, just enjoyed the pictures.

That is a fine heirloom. Thank you for sharing it with us.
BTW, having worked with the deaf on one job, I found that it was quite common for the deaf to be viewed as retarded or insane due to lack of communication with the hearing. I'm told this problem is merely less frequent today.

I would love that as well. It looks like a lovely pattern that I might like to use. It looks like the squares finished at about 1 inche. Cannot comprehend sewing that many little squares together by hand.
