I can't get the link to open. I also would like to know where the instructions can be found.

Sometime last year Tartan, on the Board, posted a mock-up of the disappearing pinwheel, which she referred back to Roolen's (another board member) blog at: http://roolen.blogspot.ru/2013/02/blog-post_19.html
Roolen posted instructions and several layouts.

Just a thought worth mentioning for some of the newer quilters. The method of making this pinwheel leaves you with exposed bias everywhere. Please handle your cut pieces carefully and I would starch the heck out of the fabric before cutting. Otherwise you might have great frustration. One should note that she uses precuts so her fabric is not prewashed which helps as it has a lot of sizing in it anyway.

Looks like fun. Can't wait to give it a try.

I subscribe to Missouri Star Quilt Co and get these new tutorials when available. I think the instructions/download were at the end of the tutorial and just flashed onto the screen. However, when I looked today, they did not appear. She started with the "Layer Cakes", which are 10" squares. The rest of the assembly seemed pretty simple.

Follow Evie's site (#14) above, and see many arrangements of the pieces. This site also shows how the pinwheel is subcut. They use two prints and a light, but I like just the two colors that Jenny used. Most striking (in my opinion)!! Thanks, Evie.

Note also, that there is another thread on this same subject in today's offerings.

I went back to the site and tried something! When you have the picture of Jenny at the start of the tutorial, run your cursor onto the picture toward the bottom where the red line/white dot run from left to right. When you do this two words appear on the screen - INSTRUCTIONS and DOWNLOAD. -- Hope this helps.

I used Google's translator and it appears just fine. The button is to the right.
