haha, thank you! No, I've never sewed before (unless you count 30 years ago in Home Ec.), and I made a small, hideous wall hanging out of a bunch of HSTs before I made this. As to the FMQ, I drank a lot of wine and practiced on a lot of small sandwiches before finally getting the nerve to finally just do it. Oh, and the whole thing took me WEEKS! I am the slowest sew person ever.

But thank you again!

Slow you say???
I beat you on that, my first one took me 4, 5 or 6 years (on and off of course)
By the sound of it, you enjoyed doing it (wine included) and that end result is gorgeous !
