    That was the first thing I noticed too! The stripes make them look like they are spinning! Great job!

    OMG! was going to say the same thing. I have bluish batiks and that would be a good use for them. yours is great! be proud of it.

    I think you did a great job. Love the bright colors and borders. The outer scrappy sashing is perfect. I can't wait to see your quilting. I too have 20 Dresden plate blocks to finish. Am looking for quilting ideas. Please post a pix when you are completed.

    It is a very stunning quilt and when I first looked at it the plates looked like crayons lined up in a circle. Very pretty.
