No its not difficult per se, just very time consuming. I use about 10 different green landscape materials and layer and intersperse them to give the feeling of depth and vibrancy. And I LOVE stitching trees.

..... you might et your wish if we get this meltdown they are talking about for this weekend.
BTW ... are all those needles on those tall spruce trees, stitched by you? Beyond belief!
