It's beautiful! Why does each one of the nieces think THEY are getting it? Is there a story here?

The oldest niece calls me her "favourite" aunt...although she might be saying that to my other sister too...so therefore she feels I should give it to her
her younger sister says she wants it because she likes it and claimed it before the others...these 2 are sisters and their mother...my older sister, has started working on 2 of them now
and my youngest niece, actually made one of the flowers on it the first summer I worked on it at the cottage...we can't remember which flower she made...every time we look at it we think it's a different flower....her mother is my younger sister, who hates all things sewing and gets turned off by needles and thread, so I foresee this niece next in line for the quilt...that is, if my sons do not produce any grandchildren in the future...lol
P
i have another one started in the beginning stages...call me crazy...

Oh my goodness, it is beautiful! I love your quilting. I have 2 epp star quilts that I need to get quilting on, too. I jut love the pebbling. Great job. I'd keep it for myself, too!

Very cheerful and beautiful. It is a work of art. Enjoy it-you really don't have to give everything away. I think most of us quilters have that situation-we so love to share and give away that we don't have very many things that we have made.
