My thoughts, while I would make my decisions on such based on the scale of the print of the floral, and the hue/tone of the gold that would go with it, I also consider the personality of the person/s that receives the quilt(if I know them) I know this sounds wacky, but there is a personality to the examples. Number 1 is subtle, quieter, gently speaking to me.Number 2 is bold,regal,and strong.That's my 2 cents...from the wacky brain of mind,and from the new kid on the block here.LOL!
