How do I change my biography information?

You mean here, on the QB? Click My Profile at the top of the page, then click the tab "About Me".

I've wanted to change mine a bit for a long time, but after I highlight what I want to edit, and hit edit, it always goes back to the same old thing.

Okay try this:

At the upper right corner, click on "Settings".
Left hand side, under "my settings", click "edit profile".
Scroll down and type what you want in the "biography" box.
At the bottom of the page, click "Save changes".

Thank you so much I had personal info in my profile and needed to remove it and I was able to. Thank you
