Sewing....halted!

hubby did this also, the day he lost them he had driven home from out of state, so we know they were here. looked everywhere at quite a costly sum he had a nother set made. some weeks later, found the original ones in am empty grocery bag, where we store all of them. Neither one of us had been to the grocery store the day he lost them.

I blame my parents when I loose something. I say please may I have it back. Both my parents have been dead for over 6 years but it works. Although yesterday I was going to a quilting class and while washing dishes said aloud , must put a cardigan on incase it is cold. Ten minutes later the dog turned up with a cardigan in her mouth. No slobber no marks. Must train her to put the washing in the washing machine.

Same thing happened to my creative grid 2 1/2 x 6 1/2 ruler (love that thing). I searched and searched for a month, finally resorted to cleaning and reorganizing the bloody room -- still no ruler. A couple of weeks later, I got up early and went into my sewing room to put something away. You guessed it, there is my ruler laying in the middle of the floor. I had just been in there the previous night -- no ruler.
